Nooooooo. Not even close. Just give us your steak, chops, or something very similar. Your call can not be all year round grill. thats how the @ ss of a cow.
ReplyDeleteBeef would be ..... Filet mignon or filet mignon. No, it is comparable with the eye of the round, not all. The steak is very tender, and you can almost melt in your mouth. The eye of the tower is round or rump .... much more difficult pieces of meat.
ReplyDeleteTwo completely different dishes. In the United States, is as fillet or loin. The eye of the tower is the "cycle" (rest or leg) and the sirloin is the section of coast.
ReplyDeleteSirloin steak or filet mignon. This cut is excellent and very tender, but very expensive where I live, $ 10 or more per pound. Not even trying to beef Wellington, with his eyes.
ReplyDeleteIt is what one steak.
