For children who will use most of the plants, recommended for people over 18 years (unless the label contains a dose for children). You can of course can, but too strong for a child. If it is too strong for a child, but works that suggest for adults with ADHD, I suggest trying some other antioxidants, which are safe for children. Good luck!
My son and I use it. Nwither of us were hardcore ADHD, but both BoarderLine. I started nutraMetrix on the recommendation of a representative who works directly with health professionals. Many doctors, she works with are now using in their practice.
ReplyDeleteAnd ACCUALLY Pycnogenol is the anti-oxidant plant research. I read the new book live better, longer - the science behind the health benefits of OPC amazing. by Dr. Richard Passwater.
