Organic Poultry What Really Makes Organic Food Organic??

I understand that some vehicles are sprayed with pesticides or induced by chemicals such as genitically modified organisms, and therefore we consider organic. But what about chicken or poultry as it organic, unless they are under supervision, plus what if the chicken is not strictly organic food to eat, or if it comes at a chemical plant sprays. How can we ensure that the meat we eat is purely biological? You may not think that we should classify any organic meat, by chance, that would not have raised organically.
